Busbar Processing Machine Models and Features
Busbar processing machines are primarily used in the high- and low-voltage switchgear and transformer manufacturing industries, processing copper and aluminum busbars of various specifications. Equipped with three processing units: punching, shearing, and folding, these machines utilize a footswitch or manual switch to individually control punching, shearing, and folding, making them ideal production equipment for the high- and low-voltage electrical industry. Busbar processing machines are categorized by the number of hydraulic pump units: single- and three-station busbar processing machines. Based on the electrical control system, they are classified as economical and CNC busbar processing machines.
I. Based on the number of hydraulic pump units:
1. Single-station busbar processing machine: Punching, shearing, and folding units operate sequentially.
2. Three-station busbar processing machine: Three pumps supply the punching, shearing, and folding units, allowing all three processing units to operate simultaneously. The hydraulic pumps and valves are equipped with automatic filtering and automatic oiling functions. The three pumps can be optionally equipped with automatic temperature-controlled coolers based on user frequency and ambient temperature. All busbar machines not equipped with coolers are equipped with fans for ventilation and cooling.
II. Based on electrical control, they can be divided into:
1. Economical Busbar Processing Machines
For bending busbars of varying thicknesses, the stroke distance is controlled by adjusting the working cylinder's sensor switch. The working pointer corresponds to different scales to achieve the corresponding bending angle.
2. CNC Busbar Processing Machines
The bending unit is CNC-controlled and has a memory function, enabling control of operations such as punching and cutting.
a. Processing data (different data corresponding to thickness and bending angle) is entered into the system, and then the data is retrieved for bending according to production needs.
b. Workpiece data can be added to the system at any time and can be reused.
c. The display screen is a touchscreen, color display, and password-protected. Inappropriate data can be modified. If the customer's workpieces are not standard, custom data can be customized for processing. Very easy to operate.
