Busbar Processing Machine Oil Pump Operation and Maintenance
1. The busbar machine oil pump uses 46# machine oil.
2. When starting the pump station, the unloading valve must be opened to prevent motor overload.
3. All valves are factory-adjusted to the rated pressure. Under normal circumstances, valves should not be adjusted arbitrarily. If the rated pressure is used for a long time, the operating pressure of the high-pressure safety valve can be reduced. To adjust the high-pressure safety valve pressure, remove the protective cap and use a screwdriver to turn the screw counterclockwise to reduce the pressure. Otherwise, the pressure will increase. However, the pressure must never be adjusted above the pump's rated pressure.
4. The busbar machine double-acting pump is connected to the support cylinder. Outlet A is for high working pressure and outlet B is for low return pressure. Reverse connection is not allowed.
5. The normal operating temperature of the pump is -20°C to 55°C. If the temperature is too high, cool it down or shut it down. If the oil temperature is too low, do not operate the pump directly. Use heating measures. Use indirect heating, never use direct heating with an open flame.
6. Check the high-pressure hose at all times to prevent accidents. Generally, hose pressure testing should be performed every six months, with the test pressure exceeding 87 kgf/m². High-pressure hoses should be carefully avoided during use, avoiding sharp bends and bending. Avoid unreliable operators and close proximity of hoses to prevent accidents.
7. Pumps should be overhauled annually. Clean all parts with light diesel or kerosene, taking care to protect mating surfaces.
8. When wiring electric pump stations, ensure a secure ground connection to prevent electric shock.
9. The fuel tank should be kept at least three-quarters full, and a 120-160 mesh oil filter should be used when refueling. Generally, busbar drives should be cleaned and the oil replaced every two months.
