Instructions for operating the busbar processing machine

1. Operation of the busbar machine cutting unit

(1) Turn the "cutting" button on the main operation panel to the task position, and the "cutting" indicator light on the main panel will light up.

(2) Press the foot switch or the corresponding knob of the shearing unit, and the slider will move downward until it hits the bottom stop switch and moves to the bottom stop. If you grab the foot switch or the corresponding button during the slider's downward movement, the slider will stop. At this time, if you press the foot switch or the corresponding button, the slider will continue to move downward; if you press the "up" button on the shearing unit panel, the slider will rise to the top stop and stop.

2. Turn on the busbar machine

(1) Close the air switch in the electrical box.

(2) Turn the "control power" key switch to the "I" position to turn on the control power. At this time, the "power" indicator light on the main panel will light up.

3. Operation of the busbar machine bending unit

(1) Turn the "bending work" knob switch on the main operation panel to the working position, and the "bending work" indicator light on the main panel will light up. (2) When the foot switch or corresponding knob of the bending unit is pressed, the slider will move forward until it hits the front dead center switch and returns to its original position. If the slider is moving forward, the foot switch or corresponding knob will stop. At this time, if the electric door of the busbar processing machine or the corresponding knob is pressed, the slider will continue to move forward; if the "backward" knob on the bending unit panel is pressed, the slider will return to its original position and stop.
