Custom Busbar Line Delivered to Leading European EV Maker

We’ve completed installation of a custom busbar production line for a top 5 European EV manufacturer, which produces 300,000+ electric vehicles annually. The turnkey solution includes a fully automatic CNC busbar punching-shearing line, CNC bending machine, and straightening/ machine, tailored for 0.3-5mm copper busbars used in high-voltage battery packs.

The line achieves 600 units/hour with 99.95% accuracy, cutting the client’s processing time by 40% and reducing material waste from 8% to 2.5%. A key feature is the integrated vision system that checks each busbar for dimensional accuracy and surface defects before packaging. “This line has eliminated our biggest bottleneck in battery production,” said the client’s Operations Director. The project took 14 weeks from design to commissioning, with on-site training for 30 operators and maintenance staff.
